Seth Waugh, Bob Ford, PGA and Will Robins, PGA Headline 2022 Cadillac CPGA Super Show
General Registration Opens January 17, 2022
GREENSBORO, NC. (January 13, 2022) — The 2022 Cadillac Carolinas PGA Super Show will be hosted in Greensboro, North Carolina on February 20-22, 2022.
The Cadillac Carolinas PGA Super Show is an annual three-day event held on the 3rd Sunday through Tuesday each February. The Show features the CPGA Special Awards & Honors Dinner Presented by Club Car on Sunday night at Greensboro Country Club to celebrate the year’s Section Professional award winners and the Hall of Fame inductee. On Monday, the Section Annual Meeting (the largest meeting of PGA Professionals in the country) is held at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex in the morning before opening the Merchandise Show and education series that run through Tuesday afternoon. The election for the upcoming Carolinas PGA President, Vice President, Secretary, and Tournament Chair will be held during the Annual Meeting.
The Merchandise Show is the largest regional golf show and features 200 plus vendor booths in a 60,000 square foot hall. Over 2,000 PGA Members from the Carolinas Section are invited and the show typically has 1,200-1,500 attendees including golf shop buyers and merchandisers. There are education opportunities throughout the two days for Members. On Tuesday, the Winter Teaching Summit is held after the Merchandise Show officially ends with a Cash Jackpot drawing. The Cash Jackpot offers valuable prizes and cash for Members who must be present to win. This year the featured speaker for the PGA Town Hall Forum at the Annual Meeting Presented by Golf Pro Payments and Majors Challenge is the CEO of PGA of America Seth Waugh. The Education Sessions will be led by former Head Professional of Oakmont Country Club and Seminole Country Club Bob Ford, PGA and CEO of Robins Golf Logistix and owner of WRGolf Coaching Will Robins, PGA.
General event registration for the 2022 Cadillac Carolinas PGA Super Show will open on Monday, January 17th at 8:00 AM EST at carolinas.pga.com/merchandise-show/general-registration/ and registration will close on February 11th at 4:00 PM EST.
