[Greensboro, NC] – REACH Carolinas, through the Carolinas PGA section, is thrilled to announce the success of the “100 Holes for HOPE” fundraiser. This outstanding event, held from October 1 to November 11, has raised over $55,000 in support of PGA HOPE programs, which provide invaluable resources to veterans and active-duty military members through the game of golf.
PGA HOPE (Helping Our Patriots Everywhere) is a program run by the Professional Golfers’ Association of America (PGA) that utilizes golf as a means to enhance the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of military veterans. This program provides therapeutic golf instruction and activities, fostering camaraderie and personal growth for those who have served the United States.
100 Holes for HOPE is a golf marathon event that features dedicated participants playing 100 holes of golf in a single day, or a combination of days, to sustain and grow the reach of PGA HOPE throughout the Carolinas. The success of the 100 Holes for HOPE fundraiser reflects the unwavering commitment of REACH Carolinas and its supporters to making a positive impact in the lives of veterans and active-duty military members. The funds raised will contribute to expanding PGA HOPE programs, making a meaningful difference in the lives of those who have sacrificed so much for our country.
With the funds raised through 100 Holes for HOPE, the Foundation is excited to continue the mission of empowering and improving the lives of veterans and active-duty military through the wonderful game of golf.
REACH Carolinas is committed to providing ongoing support to our nation’s heroes, and 100 Holes for HOPE is just one of the many ways they are working to make a difference.
