CLAYTON, NC – The 2025 PGA Jr. League All-Star postseason officially teed off on Thursday, July 17, at Pine Hollow Golf Club, where All-Star teams gathered for the first Carolinas Section Qualifier of the summer. With a spot at the Section Championship on the line, teams brought the heat, and the scores proved it.
In the 13u division, the MacGregor/12 Oaks Op36 League, coached by Bo Bolick, PGA, and Andrew Kiger, PGA, posted a sharp 9-under (32-32-32) to claim the first 13u qualifying spot of the season.
The 17u division was dominated by the Bentwinds League, with Team 1 firing a field-leading 12-under (30-33-33) and Team 2 following closely behind at 7-under (33-31-37). Both teams, coached by Evelyn Walters, PGA, and Tyler Shope, earned their place in the Section Championship and will represent their league in August.

Greensboro, NC – The All-Star postseason continued on Sunday, July 21, at Greensboro National Golf Club, where eight All-Star teams squared off in the second Carolinas Section Qualifier of the summer. After an hour and a half rain delay, teams showed their competitive spirit with the Section Championship spot on the line.
In the 13u division, the Forsyth CC/Maple Chase Golf & CC League, coached by Webb Wishon and James Webb, emerged victorious with an impressive 4-under performance (32-34-35) on the par-35 layout, securing their place in the next round of postseason play.

Monroe, NC – The third Carolinas Section Qualifier of the PGA Jr. League postseason took place on Wednesday, July 24, at Rolling Hills Country Club. With nine 13u teams and five 17u teams competing for a coveted spot at the Section Championship, the day showcased strong fields and standout performances.
In the 13u division, the Cleveland County League Team 1, coached by John Wease, PGA, and Kevin Britt, PGA, fired a 10-under (scores of -5, -3, -2) to claim their place in the next round of postseason play.
The 17u division was dominated by the Tanglewood Park League, as both Team 1 (-4 total: -2, -1, -1) and Team 2 (-3 total: E, +1, -4), coached by Daniel Byrd, PGA, secured their spots at the Section Championship.
Columbia, SC – The fourth and final PGA Jr. League Section Qualifier of the postseason took place on Monday, July 28, at Columbia Country Club. Thirteen teams teed it up, all competing for the last coveted spot at the Section Championship at Foxfire.
The Country Club of Lexington League, coached by PGA Professionals Dustin Perry and Tony Barber, came out on top with an impressive team score of 2-under (rounds of -4, E, +2).
This completes the field for the Section Championship happening on August 12, 2025 at Foxfire Resort and Golf!
