You can sign up for direct deposit from our website. Click on the link below and then select “Online Direct Deposit Form” from the menu under “Tournament Forms and Docs.” You will need the following:
- Name on the Bank Account
- Your email address
- Name of Bank
- City and State of bank branch
- Account ABA Number (routing number)
- Account number
- Tax ID or last four of SS#
The PGA uses “Sign Now” for the form. Sign Now will ask you when you are finished if you want to register and pay to have an account. Just ignore that!
