The Carolinas GHIN Support department is an internal department jointly managed and formed by the Carolinas Golf Association (CGA), South Carolinas Golf Association (SCGA) and the Women’s South Carolina Golf Association (WSCGA). It was formed for the joint administration of the associations’ Handicapping activities including Handicap Index Services, GHIN Support for our members and clubs, GHIN software education and training, and GHIN services billing and general administration. The department is also responsible for supporting the USGA Tournament Management program (TM-Club and TM-Premium) offered free to our member clubs for use in administering club championships and other club golf events and leagues. The Carolinas GHIN Support Department works closely with each Association’s membership director to coordinate member support and deliver consistent services in keeping with the mission of each association. The Carolinas GHIN Support department is responsible for all support and education activities for the World Handicap System, GHIN software products, and TM-Club software and systems.
