Sets Fore Vets

Donate Your Clubs. Change the Game.

Through Sets Fore Vets, your unused or gently used golf clubs can be placed directly into the hands of a Veteran or Active Duty Military member learning or continuing their golf journey through PGA HOPE. The PGA REACH Carolinas Foundation and our PGA Professionals are proud to support our military heroes across the Carolinas by removing financial barriers and providing access to the healing benefits of golf.

PGA REACH Carolinas is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and all equipment donations are tax-deductible.

Important Equipment Request Update

Due to an overwhelmingly high volume of interest and limited equipment inventory, we are unfortunately unable to accept new equipment requests or maintain a waitlist at this time.

If you are participating in a PGA HOPE Carolinas program and do not own equipment, your program location will provide complimentary equipment to use during your training sessions.

We are actively working to collect more gear through community donations and donor drives so we can resume equipment distributions to our Veterans as soon as possible. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to rebuild our inventory!

Ways to Donate Equipment & Support Our Vets

We need your help to fulfill equipment needs for our PGA HOPE graduates! If you have clubs sitting in your garage or bag room, please consider donating.

1. In-Person Equipment Donations

We accept new or gently used golf equipment and bags. Bundled equipment is strongly preferred.

Accepted Items:

  • Full sets (up to 14 clubs) with a golf bag (preferred)

  • Individual golf bags

  • Iron sets & wood/hybrid sets

  • Wedge sets

  • Individual drivers & putters

Drop-Off Locations & Contacts:

Donations can be dropped off at your nearest PGA HOPE host program facility or at the Carolinas PGA Section Office in Greensboro, NC.

For donation inquiries or to coordinate a drop-off, please contact:

2. Trade-In or Ship Your Clubs (Next Round 365)

Can’t donate in person—or have older clubs that are worn down? You can still make a massive impact!

Use the Next Round 365 Trade-In Portal to trade in your gear online. This option is ideal if your clubs are not in good enough condition to give directly to a Veteran, as older or well-used equipment can still hold trade-in value. Your instant trade-in value is donated directly to PGA REACH Carolinas and used to purchase newer, properly fitted sets for our PGA HOPE Veterans.

The Impact of Sets Fore Vets:

“It is with great excitement that I wanted to take a moment to really express how grateful and thankful I am for all that you and your instructors have done during our PGA HOPE Class. You completely caught me by surprise with the generous gift of my very 1st set of golf clubs ever! I was totally blown away, and I am so lucky to have been able to complete the program at your course!

With today being Thursday, it hit me, what’s the next best place to go from here? I want to make sure I put those clubs to good use, now that I feel confident walking onto the course”

– Vielen Dank, PGA HOPE Kiawah Island Graduate and Recipient of Sets Fore Vets
