Wilmington, NC — Another impactful PGA HOPE Training is officially in the books, thanks to the incredible hospitality of The Country Club of Landfall, which proudly hosted last week’s training session.
The program brought together PGA Professionals and Associates from across the region, equipping them with the skills, tools, and knowledge needed to deliver adaptive golf programming for Veterans through PGA HOPE. These newly trained leaders are now prepared to make a meaningful difference in their local communities by expanding access to the game of golf and supporting the physical, mental, and social well-being of Veterans.

“I would encourage any professional or associate who’s on the fence to sign up for a PGA HOPE Training. The experience truly opens your eyes to what the program does and how impactful it can be. By getting that firsthand introduction, they’re able to better understand the mission and decide if it’s something they want to be part of.”

About PGA REACH
PGA REACH Carolinas is the charitable arm of the Carolinas PGA Section, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to positively impacting lives through the game of golf across North and South Carolina. Its mission centers on three main pillars: Youth, Military, and Inclusion, with the goal of expanding access, opportunity, and community benefits through golf. Under these pillars, PGA REACH Carolinas supports a variety of programs — from junior golf clinics and leagues that get children into the sport, to adaptive and rehabilitative initiatives like PGA HOPE for Veterans, and inclusion efforts that engage underserved and diverse populations.
