Judy Alvarez
Judy is the author of two books: “Broken Tees” and “Mended Heart.” She is listed among Golf Digest Magazine’s 50 Best Women Teachers and is a past GRAA Top 50 Growth of the Game Teaching Professional. She believes her purpose is to use her experience / expertise in golf to motivate, encourage and inspire all golfers, regardless of ability, who want to learn, develop skills and enhance their lives through the game. Judy is the “OG” PGA HOPE National Trainer, and we could not be more excited to welcome her as the Lead PGA HOPE National Trainer.

Bob Epperly
Bob is a PGA Professional from the Northern California PGA Section. A Veteran himself, Bob was recently honored as the recipient of the 2018 NCPGA Patriot Award for his involvement in PGA HOPE. Bob has been involved in GPA HOPE programming since its inception, and he has been instrumental in launching and growing GPA HOPE at nine locations across Northern California. We look forward to having Bob continue his service to our nation’s heroes by delivering quality PGA HOPE instruction nationwide!

Brian Oliver
Brian is a PGA Professional from the Carolinas PGA Section. Brian is the PGA HOPE Asheville Lead Professional and Director of Golf at Sapphire National Golf Club in Jackson County, NC. Brian is the 2006 recipient of the Carolinas Section PGA Mountains Chapter Junior Golf Leader of the Year. Brian has been influential in PGA HOPE program growth and sustainment in his Section, and we could not be happier to have him on board. Welcome, Brian!

Joe Grohman
Joe is a PGA Professional from the Southern California PGA Section. Joe is a dedicated PGA Member who spends much of his time developing golf clinics for a broad spectrum of individuals. This effort includes specialized clinics for individuals with disabilities, wounded warriors, inner-city at-rick youth, blind youth, and mentally challenged youth. He has won numerous awards (too many to list here) and has served on the SCPGA Disabled Golf Committee, Player Development Committee, and the Patriot Golf Pro-Am Committee. We are excited to welcome Joe to the PGA HOPE National Training Team!
