Carolinas Open Kicks Off for 93rd Year!

August 1 is here and with that, so is the 93rd Carolinas Open (Presented by BB&T)! The prestigious tournament is one of several majors hosted by the Carolinas PGA throughout the year and brings golfers together for three days of play at Bryan Park Golf Course in Greensboro, NC. This year’s tournament field will house over 150 players as they compete for this year’s championship title.

Defending champion, Drew Younts, a PGA Apprentice Teaching Professional at Precision Golf School from Stokesdale, NC, captured last year’s tournament by way of a playoff victory over Thomas Lilly of Newton, NC.

Who will be this year’s champion?! Stay tuned on the Carolinas PGA’s Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram channels for live updates and coverage throughout the week (@carolinaspga).

Best of luck to all of our competitors out there!
