Merz & Failes Capture Area VI Challenge Title

Sutton Leads Dynamic Discussion on Player Development

It was a beautiful day at Carmel CC for the 2017 Carolinas PGA Global Golf Sales Area VI Meeting and Golf Challenge Presented by Bionic Glove, PGA Tour, PXG, Source4 & Wireless Communications. The team of Seth Merz & Robbie Failes of Carmel CC won after carding 6 birdies and no bogies for an impressive score of 24 points in this modified stableford scoring event to capture the Area Challenge Championship.

Area VI Professionals gathered for fellowship and education, highlighted by a PGA Championship and TopGolf Charlotte update, followed by an engaging player development presentation by CPGA Teaching & Coaching Committee Member & Golf Magazine Top 100 Instructor Jason Sutton, PGA from Carmel CC. A special thank you to Area VI Director and Head Professional at Carmel CC Jason Toryk for administering and hosting the meeting.
