ELIGIBILITY
Mountains Chapter PGA Members & Associates who are otherwise eligible as prescribed by the CPGA Tournament Rules & Regulations and amateurs that have a current USGA Handicap Index of 6.0 or less at the time of entry deadline, verified by a CPGA Professional.

Meeting & Lunch - $35.00
Meeting, Lunch & Qualifier Only - $85.00
Meeting, Lunch, Qualifier, & WC Open - $160.00 (Chapter Members)
Meeting, Lunch, Qualifier, & WC Open - $210.00 (Non-Members/Amateurs)
